FAME.IAM is a platform operated by Dev1 Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our mobile apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Scope & Age Requirements
Our Services are intended solely for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not permit individuals under 18 to create an account or use the Services. If we learn that a minor (under 18) has used the Services or provided personal information, we will close the account and delete the information, retaining only what is necessary for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Retained only while the account is active. Deleted immediately upon account deletion.
- User Content & Messages: Retained only while visible in the app. Deleted immediately upon user deletion or removal of content.
- Purchases & Payments: transaction history (e.g., coins and gifts purchased or redeemed), payment method tokens (from our payment processors), payout information for creators, and receipts. We do not store full payment card numbers; payment processing is handled by third parties (e.g., Stripe) subject to their privacy policies.
- Device & Usage Information: device identifiers, app version, operating system, crash logs, IP address, language, time zone, and how you interact with the Services.
- Clipboard: If you choose to paste content into the app and your platform permissions allow it, the app may access your device clipboard to complete your action. We do not store clipboard contents.
- Cookies/SDKs: we use cookies, mobile identifiers, and SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, content delivery, payments, and security.
How We Use Personal Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and features.
- Process purchases, coin and gift redemptions, and creator payouts.
- Enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines, protect user safety, and prevent fraud or abuse (including content and message moderation).
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, security alerts, and changes to our terms or policies.
- Personalize limited aspects of your experience (such as feed ranking) and measure performance of features.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
How We Share Personal Information
- Service Providers and Partners: vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, content moderation, customer support).
- Legal, Safety, and Security: to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, us, or others.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- With Your Direction or Consent: when you choose to share or direct us to share information (e.g., posting content publicly, linking third-party accounts).
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. The table below shows typical retention periods:

Analytics Data | We do not collect or store analytics data for long-term analysis. Any operational metrics needed to provide app functionality are processed in real time and not retained once the session ends. |
Logs & Device Identifiers | Maintained by Firebase for security, crash reporting, and troubleshooting purposes. We do not retain this data ourselves. Retention is governed by Firebase’s data retention policy, typically no more than 30 days unless extended for active investigations. |
Your Choices & Rights
You may access, correct, or delete certain personal information in the app. You can ask us to delete your account by using in-app settings or contacting us. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may also have the right to opt out of certain processing, including the sale or sharing of personal information, or to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
State Privacy Disclosures (U.S.)
Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia) have additional rights under state law. We do not sell personal information as defined by these laws, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.
- Right to Know/Access, Correct, and Delete personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects (we do not engage in such profiling).
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and regular review of access. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
International Transfers
If we transfer personal information outside of your state or country, we do so under appropriate safeguards, such as data processing agreements with our service providers and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Services may link to third-party sites or services (including payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Please review those policies to understand their data practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by posting in the app or sending an email) and indicate the effective date at the top.
